Real-Time Back Office Coordinator - Hybrid

Lendable is seeking a proactive Back Office Real Time Coordinator to join the Workforce Management team. You will act as the real-time contact for Complaints, Financial Crime, Fraud & Card Disputes, and Fraud Investigations, shaping processes and reporting with a data-driven approach.

The role sits at the intersection of Workforce Management and back-office operations, reporting to the Workforce Lead. Hybrid working is available with some in-office days.
