The Opportunity

BCL Legal is currently instructed by one of Ireland's leading corporate law firms to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join their top-tier, market-leading Real Estate practice in Dublin.

This practice works across the full lifecycle of major commercial property transactions. The firm is renowned for handling high-value, complex, and headline-grabbing matters for international institutional investors, major domestic developers, financial institutions, and corporate tenants.

What will you be doing?

• Advising on high-profile commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and complex portfolio transactions.
• Acting for institutional landlords and major corporate tenants on complex commercial leasing and asset management matters.
• Assisting with real estate finance, forward-funding arrangements, and joint venture structures.
• Collaborating with cross-departmental specialist groups, including Corporate/M&A, Energy & Infrastructure, Banking, and Planning.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 4 years' PQE within a top-tier, mid-tier, or respected corporate law firm in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong background in commercial conveyancing, landlord & tenant law, property development, or real estate finance.
• High-level commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to closing complex transactions.
• Excellent client-facing skills with an eagerness to contribute to business development initiatives.
