Real Estate Solicitor - Growth Opportunities - New Office

Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this Top 100 listed law firm and work as part of a Legal 500 recognised team, with a role that has scope to grow & develop over the next few years. Ideally, this firm are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the team with an experience level of 4+ PQE. This role can offer you:

Ideally, you will have a Legal 500 background and be comfortable dealing with large clients from across the North of England and UK. You will be working with household names and be dealing with transactions into the £multi-millions. Some of the sectors that you will be covering include: leisure, industrial, logistics, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. You will also be dealing with both private & public sector clients. Quality of work is high, and you will be dealing with longstanding clients with relationships spanning multiple years, so there is a reliable source of work in place, and you will be dealing with top-tier quality work. As this opportunity is to join a new office in central Manchester, you will have the chance to quickly develop your responsibilities within the team as it grows, and you will be working alongside a L500 listed Partner. You will be afforded the opportunity to develop your career and work closely with Partners on their complex & high-value matters. As well as this, you will be given the chance to develop your own client relationships, grow your own client base & business development, work autonomously and develop into an all-round commercial lawyer. Salary expectations for this role will be in the £60,000 - £90,000 due to the wide-ranging PQE level being considered.
