Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

• Assist with property-related aspects of financing transactions, working alongside banking and finance teams.
• Handle cross-border mandates in collaboration with colleagues in international offices.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression.
