Role Description:
- Support the project lead in delivering a 70,000 sq ft legal sector fit-out in a landmark building, currently entering the detailed design phase.
- Take ownership of a secondary 30,000 sq ft legal fit-out project in an iconic building, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are met.
- Manage a third concurrent project, balancing priorities and maintaining exceptional delivery standards across all schemes.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to drive seamless project execution from pre-construction through handover.
- Contribute to project planning, programming, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests and ensure commercial success.
- Assist in administering contracts and handling project documentation with precision and accountability.
- Provide technical and strategic input throughout the design and construction phases, aligning with best practices and firm standards.
- Embody the firm's values of progression, collaboration, and ethical practice, supporting team culture and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering or supporting commercial fit-out projects, ideally within the legal or professional services sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects (e.g., 30k-70k sq ft) simultaneously, from design through to completion.
- Strong understanding of the detailed design process and early-stage project planning.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies, with experience in managing timelines, budgets, and risk.
- Experience with or exposure to contract administration and construction documentation processes.
- Relevant degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional accreditations (e.g., MRICS, MAPM) are a plus.
- Ambition to grow into a more senior role, aligned with the company's focus on progression and talent development.
