Real Estate Paralegal London Hybrid Working

My client, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and well-regarded residential property team based in London, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation and training.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment, working closely alongside experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of live files from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and setting up new files
• Undertaking AML compliance checks
• Assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion formalities
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Submitting AP1 and SDLT returns
• Archiving completed matters
• Providing general administrative support and updating internal/external systems
• Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision

About You:

• Previous conveyancing experience within a legal environment is essential
• A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) is highly desirable
• Confident managing tasks to strict deadlines
• Strong initiative and excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills
• A genuine team player with a flexible approach
