Job Brief:
As part of our expanding Wahed Ventures Real Estate function, we are looking for a highly organised and dependable individual to support the hands-on operational delivery of our UK property investments. This role is ideal for someone who is practically minded, confident coordinating legal, financial, and property workflows, and comfortable engaging directly with solicitors, property managers, and third-party vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring each property transaction and tenancy runs smoothly, from acquisition and structuring through to ongoing asset performance and investor servicing.
Job Description:- Lead the execution of post-raise operational workflows across real estate investments, including investor recordkeeping, dividend distributions, and reporting
- Manage the setup and structuring of investment vehicles, including legal documentation, SPV governance, and regulatory filings, in collaboration with legal counsel
- Coordinate end-to-end property conveyancing processes, liaising with solicitors to ensure timely legal checks, documentation, and transaction completion
- Liaise with property managers to monitor rental performance, maintenance needs, and tenant updates across active properties
- Track and manage tenancy agreements and documentation, including contract signing, deposit registration, and tenancy renewals or terminations
- Schedule and coordinate third-party vendors, including surveyors, valuers, and tradespeople, reviewing quotes, managing approvals, and checking work completion
- Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to carry out investor due diligence, reconcile transactions, process refunds, manage invoices, and issue rental income statements
- Oversee the distribution of investor communications, including regular updates, investment certificates, and rental statements,
- Support the documentation and process readiness for each property investment going live on the platform, ensuring all backend workflows are in place and aligned
- Work with legal, finance, and tech teams to continuously improve internal workflows, documentation quality, and platform readiness
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate, ideally within operations, conveyancing, or property management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and documents across departments.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with legal and financial information.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFamiliarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfort learning new operational tools.
- Commercial awareness, especially when reviewing property works, vendor quotes, or maintenance decisions.
- Familiarity with UK property conveyancing, legal structuring, or regulated investment processes
