Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Represent the department and uphold high standards of customer service and brand image.
  • Support agents during complex deals with hands-on sales and closing strategies.
  • Participate actively in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of sales agents, offering input on recruitment needs and performance.


Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ international sales agents.
  • Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
  • Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator.
  • Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organized and flexible with working hours.
  • Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, especially with high-demand clients.
