THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a talented 3 4 PQE Associate Solicitor, to join a well regarded Real Estate Disputes team.

The post holder will be expected to handle a wide range of real estate dispute matters, including:

• Party wall claims
• Developer claims
• Proactively conducting and dealing with landlord and tenant matters
• Possession proceedings on behalf of landlords and lenders
• Contested lease renewals

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Assisting senior members of the team on high value/complex litigation.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have excellent academics and relevant real estate litigation experience from a top quality commercial practice.

They will be a self starter ready to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.

The firm offers hybrid working arrangements.
