Real Estate Consultant - Algarve (Lagos, Portimão, Albufeira, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Faro-Tavira)

Engel & Völkers is looking for experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our teams across the Algarve region.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively acquire properties and clients
• Conduct property valuations and market analysis
• Organize and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate with buyers and property owners
• Develop marketing activities to attract listings
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients
• Identify new business opportunities

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

• Commercial mindset and sales experience
• Ideally have real estate experience
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Residence in the Algarve region
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model
