Real Estate Associate - Dublin

If you are a Real Estate Solicitor with a few years of post qualification experience, BCL Legal is working with one of the most prominent, fast growing Irish law firms in Dublin to fill an experienced Associate (3+ PQE) position.

You will join the largest and most active Real Estate team in Ireland, handling high profile mandates for major banks, developers, state agencies and private equity investors. The desk has a heavy focus on renewable energy and infrastructure, working closely with the Energy practice on wind farm and solar projects, complex easements, leases and large scale due diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE, ideally within a top tier or mid tier firm.
• Experience in the energy sector, particularly with burdens, complex leases and project transactions.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and strong client service.
• Strong academic background.
