Rapid Response Operative: Voids & Customer Service

Wheatley Homes East is seeking a Rapid Response Operative in Bilston. The role delivers a rapid response service including void works, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high standards of customer service. 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, permanent contract.

The successful candidate will have domestic property experience, knowledge of CDM 2015, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication and time-management skills.
