Role Overview

With continued expansion we are opening a Waterloo, London, SE1 office. This senior consultant role is focused on recruiting management staff within a Rail Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a wide brief to recruit all forms of Rail Professionals across multiple disciplines, including P way and Signalling, for large national contractors and smaller regional contractors. Your recruits will be predominantly at management level.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment of management staff within the Rail sector.
  • Develop and grow a dedicated section, with the opportunity to manage your own team.
  • Use proven head hunting techniques to identify and attract candidates for a range of rail roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional contractors.
  • Drive billings and achieve commission targets through strategic management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience recruiting management staff, preferably within a Rail Recruitment Desk.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, strong motivation and passion for recruitment.
  • Good working knowledge of the residential development sector (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Desire to headhunt prospective candidates and develop headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
