Role overview

As an R&D Tax Manager, you'll take full ownership of R&D Tax Relief claims from start to finish, working closely with a highly experienced team of accountants and tax advisors. You'll manage a varied portfolio, produce detailed technical reports, and ensure claims are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with evolving legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead R&D Tax Relief claims from initiation through to completion
• Manage and oversee a diverse client portfolio
• Produce detailed, technically strong R&D Tax reports
• Provide accurate costings and financial breakdowns for claims
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all technical aspects of R&D legislation

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing R&D Tax Relief claims
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of R&D legislation
• Excellent relationship building skills and client rapport
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Tech savvy working style and confidence handling complex data
