This allows research and development to be carried out at all levels, from laboratory work to pilot testing and demonstration activities, as well as basic or advanced engineering in any area.


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced R&D Project Manager that being part of our Technological Innovation Area and be involved in key Innovativa International Projects, will lead our efforts in development of innovative CO2 capture technologies. Under the supervision of the Unit Head, the ideal candidate will be responsible for directing innovative projects, coordinating engineering teams, and collaborating with external partners to improve ongoing developments and initiate new ventures in carbon capture technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering team and manage R&D projects in CO2 capture to meet strategic milestones and project objectives
  • Coordinate with national and international external partners in co-development initiatives
  • Monitor the design, implementation, and evaluation of carbon capture technologies from lab to market-ready, including pilot scale
  • Conduct technical and economic analyses of proposed solutions
  • Present written and oral reports and results to senior management and project partners
  • Seek and identify new opportunities for technology and business development


Management Skills:

  • Experienced in team leadership
  • Expert at participation and preparation of industrial R&D projects funded by national and European institutions
  • Proficient at technology surveillance and seasoned at intellectual property management
  • Highly skilled in written and oral communication


Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced competence in carbon dioxide (CO2) capture
  • Competences in CO2 valorization is a plus
  • Experienced in laboratory and pilot plant scale
