Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and talented R&D Engineer to join our team in the Vigo Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be at the heart of product innovation, responsible for researching, developing, and testing new products, while also improving existing technologies. You'll work on projects that impact industries ranging from fluid dynamics to AI and IoT, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, consulting) to drive product innovation.
• Contribute to R&D projects across the full lifecycle-from conceptualization to prototyping and validation.
• Optimize fluid dynamics systems and develop AI/ML models for industrial applications.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in fluid mechanics, AI, and IoT, proposing innovative solutions.
• Document research findings and contribute to intellectual property (patents, technical reports).

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in R&D, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), AI/ML development, or IoT systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as COMSOL, OpenFOAM, Python, TensorFlow, or relevant CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to transforming theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
• Fluent English is required (Spanish is a plus).
