R&D Electrical Engineer Graduate Program: Fast-Track

Stryker is hiring an Electrical Engineer for its 24 month R&D Graduate Programme in Ireland, starting September 2027. The programme rotates every six months across Design, Advanced Operations/ R&T Development, Advanced Quality Engineering, and Engineering Services (CAD/Prototype/Test Lab).

Applicants should be on track for a 2.1 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and will join a fast-paced, collaborative team. Hybrid working and a strong development path are offered.
