Quotations & Customer Experience Specialist

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quotations Coordinator in Cardiff to support the Customer Experience team by handling enquiries, producing accurate quotations and coordinating with internal departments to meet project deadlines.

You will build relationships with customers, manage pricing and lead times, and ensure orders are processed accurately. A manufacturing or construction background is beneficial, with a strong focus on service quality and timely responses.
