Quantity Surveyor, Planned Works & Voids (Social Housing)

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for planned works and void refurbishment on a Southampton-based framework. The role focuses on SOR pricing, surveying, scoping and commercial management within a live social housing contract.

The successful candidate will manage valuations, cost control and commercial reporting while liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and to budget.
