An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a delivery-focused commercial team in Dublin, working on high-value construction and fit-out projects across sectors including:

Commercial offices & CAT A / CAT B fit-outs

Pharmaceutical & life sciences facilities

Data centres & advanced manufacturing

High-spec interiors and mission-critical environments

The Role

Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account

Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets and forecasts

Procurement and management of subcontract packages

Valuations, variations, change control and cost reporting

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial performance

Final accounts and client liaison

Requirements

5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Background in commercial construction, fit-out, pharma or similar sectors

Strong contractual and commercial awareness

Excellent reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
