Our client, a prominent company within the civil construction sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Southern Civils team. This permanent role is vital for supporting upcoming civils projects in the West Sussex region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage valuations, budgets, and forecasts for civils contracts
• Monitor financial performance and commercial risks on projects
• Manage contract administration and payments in line with NEC and bespoke contract conditions
• Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Support cost control and dispute resolution where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in civils works
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and bespoke contract management
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and contracts efficiently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Based near Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, or Croydon, with flexibility to work on-site in West Sussex
