Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on a large project working in the Somerset area. This is a Energy/Civils related project.My client will also consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor for this role. Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to enjoy the existing commercial team. this. This role falls inside IR35. Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• £480-550 per day based on experience. My client will also consider a SQS again negotiable depending on experience
• Inside IR35

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• Forecasting
• Control budgets, maximising revenue and margin
• Managing sub contractors
• Working with the NEC contract
• Client Liaison
• Costing

Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• Experience working on large civil engineering projects
• NEC experience
• This does require some site visits as and when required
