Job Description

Quantity Surveyor500 - North Tyneside | £500/day | Inside IR35
We're currently recruiting for 2 x Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure/highways project in North Tyneside.

Location: North Tyneside
Working: 5 days onsite
Rate: £500/day
IR35: Inside IR35
Contract: 03 Months

Key responsibilities:
. Supporting Surveying and Estimating teams with contractors, suppliers and consultants
. Preparing accurate cost plans and Bills of Quantities
. Identifying and managing project changes and change control
. Proactively managing workload to minimise risk and disputes
. Working closely with design and construction teams
. Maintaining strong communication and coordination across stakeholders

Looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with relevant infrastructure/highways/civil engineering experience.
