Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Construction
Location: Dublin
Contract Type: Contract (Initial 3 months starting Feb 26)

We're hiring aQuantity Surveyor to support the delivery of complex, high-valuedata centre construction projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role:
As aQuantity Surveyor on our clients' mission-critical builds, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance, contractual integrity, and cost predictability throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Responsibilities- Manage pre- and post-contract activities includingtendering, cost planning, and final accounts
- Administer main and sub-contracts, ensuring adherence to NEC or JCT frameworks
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, cash flow, and cost/value reconciliations
- Support change management, variations, and commercial risk assessments
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Client Representatives
- Ensureaccurate documentation, valuations, and payment applicationsare submitted on time
- Participate in commercial meetings and client reporting cycles
- Experience working as aQuantity Surveyor (Post Contract) on construction projects - ideally within data centre, industrial, commercial, or healthcare environments
- Excellent working knowledge ofconstruction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Ireland work eligibility and flexibility to travel to site if required
