Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on meaningful renewable energy infrastructure projects across the UK for a rapidly growing company. You'll be part of a growing commercial team delivering wind, solar, and battery storage schemes that directly contribute to the net-zero transition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of the commercial management of renewable energy projects
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to drive performance
• Managing costs, budgets, and forecasts to keep projects on track
• Handling valuations, payments, and variations with confidence
• Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Playing a key role in managing risk and maximising project value
• Seeing projects through from early involvement to final account

What We're Looking For

• A Quantity Surveyor with experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or renewables
• Someone commercially sharp who enjoys problem-solving and negotiation
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a live construction environment
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships on site and with clients
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Renewable energy project experience (wind, solar, BESS)
• NEC contract experience
• RICS membership or working towards chartership
