Quantity Surveyor - Building Services Engineering
Location: Winchester | 4 days office-based
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Type: Full Time | Permanent

Experience & Skills Required:

. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited discipline
. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or building services sector
. Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and building elements
. Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
. Working towards MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
