Responsibilities

• Working with procurement, sub-contractors, cost control and budget preparation.
• Managing two live schemes with travel as part of the role; travel will be funded and expensed.
• Supporting delivery on a variety of schemes including residential, industrial and commercial new builds and extensions.
• Experience preferably with a main building contractor and a background in fit-out or refurbishment projects.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Experience in procurement, cost management and budget preparation.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by project locations.
