Salary up to £55,000

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of projects from tender through to completion, including:

• Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
• Managing budgets, cost control, and contract administration
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitoring and authorising subcontractor payments
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supporting business development and company growth initiatives

The Candidate

We're looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction industry
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
