Essentials:Degree in Quantity Surveying; 3-5 years' relevant experience in Ireland; familiarity of Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent and Microsoft Office

Location:SouthDublin, between site and office

Salary:€55,000 - 65,000

Reporting to:Senior QS

Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors, gaining exposure to a variety of projects and further developing their skills in cost management and contract administration.

• Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking.
• Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects.
• Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Professional Development: Take on tasks reflecting increasing levels of development and responsibility as experience grows.
