Quantity Surveying Graduate, Tetris - London (September 2026 Start Date)

You'll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions You'll help research and calculate design and build costs to create budget estimates and agreed contract sum analyses which will form the contract sums - both for client contracts and subcontracts You'll monitor project spend and help report on costs to ensure they are within budgets You'll visit sites to carry out site visits to check on project progress You'll help prepare reports and contract documents for clients You'll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and legislation that may impact our work You'll build relationships across our business and with clients and suppliers to ensure we deliver a great service You'll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth GCSEs - C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) Degree - Ideally a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree You'll have an interest in the property and construction industries and how we can shape its future You'll be confident in working with numbers with strong attention to detail and approach work in a methodical way You'll be able to connect with others easily and build strong relationships You'll be eager to grow in the role and develop your skills with us You'll have a curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us You'll want to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could Estimated compensation for this position is: £32,000 Location: London The content genuinely reflects your personal experiences and qualifications You can speak confidently and in detail about everything included in your submission Your unique perspective and professional voice come through clearlyWe're JLL-a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
