A leading systematic hedge fund, known for its specialisation in FX market making, is expanding into the crypto space and hiring a Crypto Quant Trader to help drive this growth. This is a highly applied research role with full PnL ownership, reporting directly to the CIO.

• Design and implement high-frequency, fully automated trading strategies
• Conduct market microstructure research across crypto spot, perps, and futures (no options)
• Build and refine trading infrastructure in collaboration with a small, expert team
• Operate in a greenfield build-out environment with room to scale a team over time

• 3-10 years of experience in exchange market making (HFT only)
• Strong background in market microstructure research
• Python expertise (Java is a plus - core systems are in Java)
• TradFi background with a move or serious interest in crypto
• Builder mentality - someone who drives infrastructure and strategy

• Crypto business currently in early build-out phase
