Quality Systems Specialist: PDCA, CAPA & Audits

Mondelēz International in Birmingham is seeking a proactive QA professional to lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) processes within the site quality management system. You will report results to the quality section manager and support internal documentation, change control, and CAPA management.

You will coordinate eQCMS bi-annual reviews, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and act as a key contact for food regulatory inspections and contacts management, ensuring compliance and
