Positions Available: 1 Specialist

Type: Contract (6months+)

For the Belgian branch of an international pharmaceutical company we are recruiting a Quality Engineer to work in the biologics production department.

Responsibilities:

• Review of batch records and batch documentation of the production department
• Investigate moderately complex manufacturing quality and compliance issues (e.g. CAPA, deviations, non-conformances) for all production processes prior to final product release based on engineering principles
• Be part of the production team and ensure all quality protocols are followed and documentation is correctly maintained
• Analyze results, assess the technical impact of deviations, make recommendations and develop reports
• Assign support tasks, give instruction and supervise production operators

Requirements:

• Engineering, Technical or scientific degree in Life Sciences
• Working experience of Manufacturing/Production or Quality Engineering and/or Quality Systems experience.
• 3 years minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a Quality focused role
• Good understanding of applicable cGMP regulations
• French and English spoken and written
