Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Sales & Aftersales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in managing customer relationships, as well as leading projects aimed at improving customer quality.
Key responsibilities:
Data Analytics: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from various sources such as customer surveys, mystery shopping, audits, and call center reports. Translate these insights into ICT developments to enhance customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management: Utilize experience in Sales & Marketing and Online Reputation systems to manage and improve customer relationships.
Project and Process Improvement: Manage and coordinate projects aimed at improving customer experience. Develop new tools and processes, present recommendations for process improvements, and ensure successful implementation of these improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in data analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- -Strong background in customer relationship management, particularly in Sales & Marketing and Online Reputation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate projects, with a focus on process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional level proficiency in English language is preferable
