In this context, we are strengthening our clinical governance and recruiting a Quality of Care & Safety Reference Nurse for a fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months.Job DescriptionReporting to the medical management and in close collaboration with clinical, medical-technical teams and external partners, you will actively contribute to deploying, evaluating, and evolving the X system of quality and safety of care throughout the Réseau de l'Arc. You are an institutional reference for quality, vigilance, and safety culture, with a data-driven approach, scientific evidence, and the following main responsibilities:Quality & Safety Governance- Promote the culture of quality and safety defined by medical management (just culture, risk management, learning).- Maintain the X system of care/vigilance in line with Swiss legal requirements, national standards (e.g., ANQ, H+), and institutional standards.- Coordinate quality (procedures, directives): drafting, updating, disseminating, and archiving.Risk Management & Continuous Improvement- Manage and develop the CIRS system: analyze adverse events, return on experience, follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.- Lead the collection and analysis of satisfaction and experience data (collecting, analyzing, delivering feedback).- Conduct and monitor internal audits (clinical processes, professional practices), ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.- Contribute to the analysis of quality (processes, safety) and their dissemination among teams and support.Training & Support of Teams- Design and animate targeted training in quality of care, safety management, and vigilance.- Support teams in good practices and evidence-based guidelines and coordinate interdisciplinary working groups around transversal quality projects.Projects & Coordination- Contribute to projects initiated by medical management and the Quality of Care team.- Coordinate quality activities in connection with institutional project management plans.- Collaborate with external partners (networks, partner institutions, professional associations).Personal Qualifications- Nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland, specialized in quality of care/risk management/safety (CAS, DAS or equivalent preferred).- Confirmed experience in a hospital environment, ideally with transversal responsibilities or management of care services demonstrated in the workplace.- Personal attributes: rigor, discretion, analytical and synthetic thinking skills.- Excellent teaching abilities and capacity to influence and ease of working in interdisciplinary teams.- Autonomy, sense of priorities, flexibility, and openness to change.- Ability to lead projects and mobilize teams around objectives.Join a position at the heart of quality and safety of care, in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with committed multidisciplinary teams, benefiting from strong institutional support and genuine development prospects.
