Quality Manager - Data Center Construction Project - Groningen, Netherlands - Freelance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to lead the CSA Quality aspects for a Data Center Construction Project in Groningen, the Netherlands.

This is a challenging and detail-oriented role where the ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, is not afraid to make decisions and has real working experience within major construction projects.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of construction activities. Their role is essential in ensuring that standards, safety, and efficiency are upheld in building services installations.

Contract: 12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply QA procedures to ensure project compliance.
• Review plans and specifications; oversee installations and material quality.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and system testing.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and support teams with QA/QC training.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and codes (ISO, ASHRAE, NEC).

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in data center systems and construction methods.
• In-depth understanding of relevant standards and codes.(e.g., ASME, ASTM, NFPA).
• Skilled in using QA/QC software and tools for project management.(e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera).
