Your new company
A global engineering company operational in Co Antrim for the past 30 years. They design and manufacture their products on site and manufacture to top clients across the world. Due to continued success and new contracts there is a requirement to restructure the quality team.
Your new role
As overall Quality Manager you will manage the quality department in line with company goals and objectives. You will establish and direct process control systems that assure both quality requirements and expectations are met. You will develop implementation plans for new products and design and implement quality systems. You will have a Quality Control Manager as well as a Quality Assurance Manager report into to you.
Mon - Fri. Short day Friday.
What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have a third level qualification, although candidates with longer experience will also be considered. You will have 5 years experience in manufacturing or engineering in a quality position and 2 years with direct reports and will have worked to ISO9000 and TS16949 standards. Candidates will also be required to have Lead Auditor and Supplier Auditing training.
