As a Quality Management Lead (Civils), you will play a key role in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing through to project delivery. This is an opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure, collaborate with industry-leading professionals and further develop your career in a highly regulated, forward thinking environment where quality truly matters.
Key Responsibilities- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major civil engineering contracts.
- Review, approve and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs).
- Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).
- Coordinate supply chain audits and ensure timely close out of actions.
- Oversee manufacturing surveillance and inspection activities using a risk based approach.
- Manage the review and acceptance of manufacturing documentation and quality records.
- Lead Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR) reviews and support equipment release.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, inspection agencies and project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain performance.
- Ensure contractual quality requirements are consistently achieved.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Track record of delivering quality outcomes on complex engineering projects.
- Passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
