Job Description

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting a Quality Intelligence Support Officer to join the Care Market Assurance and Improvement team. You will gather and coordinate feedback and intelligence from providers, service users and partners to identify themes and drive improvements.

Hybrid role with home and council offices, typical hours 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Strong customer service, Excel/database experience, and ability to analyse information are essential.
