Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Quality Engineer for our successful client, a leading global medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Can you take ownership of key processes within an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), including Non-Conformance (NC), CAPA, and SCAR? As the Quality Engineer you will

• Lead and manage NC, CAPA, and SCAR processes end-to-end within the eQMS.
• Drive root cause investigations using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Monitor QMS data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process controls and preventive actions.
• Provide training and guidance on eQMS usage and quality processes.
• Support validation, change control, and audit readiness.

You will have

• Degree in Engineering, Quality or a relevant subject
• Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Experienced in managing NC/CAPA processes and working with eQMS
• Strong knowledge of GMP, root cause analysis methods, and quality system standards.
