We operate as X or not, with a demanding clientele in the selection of their future employees. For our client, we are looking for a permanent position: Quality Engineer (m/f). Missions:- Manage and monitor quality within a production unit, in close collaboration with teams as well as external partners and clients.- Ensure and uphold quality standards by participating in departmental meetings.- Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities and participate in corrective actions and process improvement projects.- Provide technical support to teams during the launch of new productions.- Ensure follow-up and management of quality aspects with the Engineering teams, Technicians, or graduates in mechanical, micromechanical, or related fields, ideally complemented by training in quality management.Experience of 2 to 3 years minimum in a comparable function in an environment of knowledge of processes such as machining, finishing, and/or mastery of quality tools and methods (root cause analysis, structured approaches like 8D, 5M, or equivalent).
