In the CoE of Advanced Analytics in Fujitsu, we are currently looking for a Quality Consultant to continue growing our team, leverage one of our projects, and develop new data-driven solutions to address our customers' new business challenges.
As our future QA & ICT Process Consultant, your main tasks will include:
- Identifying testing and QA needs across applications and IT projects.
- Gathering and analyzing relevant information to plan and execute quality-related activities.
- Defining, analyzing, and implementing IT support processes, policies, regulations, and procedures for project management, software development, and quality assurance.
- Developing, updating, and versioning technical and process documentation.
- Managing the storage and access to documentation, ensuring proper version control.
- Configuring and maintaining workflows and issue types in tools like JIRA.
- Communicating and promoting new policies, procedures, and standards across teams.
- Sampling issues for certification (10% of the total), including reviewing, reporting results, and logging recurring defects.
- Supervising the creation of corrective actions within the warranty period.
- Preparing quality metrics reports including detailed analysis, conclusions, and improvement proposals.
- Drafting certification reports for functional and technical deliverables.
Your profile
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, METRICA v3).
- Definition and implementation of IT processes.
- Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins.
- Code analysis tools like SonarQube.
- Automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluency in written and spoken English
Valued (not essential):
- An ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
- Courses related to BPMN.
- Courses on IT process management.
- Training in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
