Lamb Weston is a global leader in frozen potato products. Our Corporate Quality Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring all supplier and ingredient data meets the highest compliance standards. We're offering an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in supplier quality documentation, certification management, and database optimization.

About the Internship

As a Supplier Quality Compliance Intern, you'll work closely with Quality, Procurement, and Compliance teams to support critical documentation and data accuracy projects that enhance efficiency and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

You will be involved in three main projects:

Key Project Tasks

The intern will support three core initiatives. First, in TraceGains Documentation Management, they will follow up with suppliers to ensure all required documentation is up to date and accurately uploaded, maintaining logs, templates, and dashboards while gaining experience in supplier communication, compliance, and workflow coordination.

Second, in Halal Compliance Management, the intern will verify that all ingredients used across LW EMEA facilities meet Halal requirements and update the Master Table, developing skills in certification processes, regulatory accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Finally, in SAP Ingredient Database Cleanup, the intern will reconcile SAP and TraceGains data to ensure a clean, reliable ingredient database, building experience with data systems, validation processes, and raw material traceability.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Food Technology, Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and data accuracy
• Self-starter with an interest in compliance and supplier management
• Availability for 20 weeks (hybrid setup in Breda), start september 2025.
