Job Description
We are looking for a proactiveQuality Technologistto help drive quality, compliance, and regulatory standards across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on role supporting the execution of the brand's quality and regulatory strategy, in collaboration with international teams and key partners. Working for a beverage FMCG business based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain audit-ready records across all quality and compliance activities.
- Support certification processes including renewals and documentation.
- Coordinate analytical, packaging, and sensory testing for market and retain samples.
- Review and approve packaging artwork and product specifications in line with UK, EU, and Middle East regulations.
- Liaise with global regulatory teams to gather and maintain accurate compliance data.
- Support new product development (NPD) and private label launches by compiling technical documentation.
- Assist with third-party audits and post-audit documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
- Proven experience in a QA, Regulatory, or Technical Assistant role in FMCG, food, or beverage sectors.
- Familiarity with UK/EU food regulations, HACCP, and standards such as BRC
- Experience with document control, quality systems, and regulatory submissions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and document management systems
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
The salary banding is from £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)+ bonus and benefits
