Senior Quality Assurance Officer (Specialist) - Life Sciences

Duration: 5-month contract to start with

Join a global leader in life sciences dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions and high-quality standards. We're seeking a detail-driven Senior Quality Assurance Officer to help maintain excellence and compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Review and approve batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, and change requests on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a trusted Quality Subject Matter Expert
• Support "QA on the Floor" activities to boost continuous process improvements
• Mentor junior QA staff and provide expert guidance across departments
• Represent quality metrics in site and project meetings

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Biotechnology, or related field
• 5-10 years' experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences/pharma
• Advanced knowledge of GMP and QA principles
• Native-level English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
