- Funded CQI membership.
- Support for professional development and formal quality training, including Lead Auditor certification where appropriate.
- Acting as the customer's representative within project and bid teams to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting quality performance to support successful project delivery.
- Encouraging and developing best practice across programmes and functions.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
- Planning and conducting project audits and surveillance activities in line with Project Quality Plans and audit strategies.
- Promoting a positive quality culture throughout the business.
- Essential Experience working within a quality assurance, regulated, or continuous improvement environment.
- Sound knowledge of current quality standards, practices, and methodologies.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certification requirements.
- Desirable Quality assurance experience within project, design, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience collaborating across multi functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Qualified auditor status or equivalent auditing experience.
This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance. To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years' residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
