Quality Assurance Manager

For a leading food production site in the Hainaut Region, I am currently looking for a freelance QA Manager who is available immediately.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), managing HACCP procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. You will play a key role in supporting production teams, liaising with customers, and driving continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes.

QA Manager Food Freelance Hainaut Region, Walloon (Belgium) 24-40 hrs/week

Role:

• Lead the quality team
• Maintain the QMS and HACCP plans
• Prepare for and lead internal and external audits (e.g. BRC/IFS)
• Provide quality guidance and support across operational and project teams

Profile:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS standards
• Fluent in French (English is a plus)

• Duration: 12 months, with extension
• Availability: 24-40 hours/week
