Job Description
Overview

OA are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our client's growing team. This position focuses on supporting the day-to-day Quality Assurance and Regulatory activities of the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Management team to help maintain the company's Quality Management System, support regulatory compliance across the product range, and ensure that documentation, processes, and procedures meet relevant industry and regulatory standards.

Location: Enfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Office based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistent compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee company documentation, records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support regulatory dossiers and compliance requirements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure internal processes remain aligned with external requirements, including relevant ISO standards and MHRA guidelines
  • Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits as part of the company's regulatory affairs and compliance function
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance for the company's full product range, with particular focus on UK MDR 2002 and EU MDR 2017/745 legislation
  • Support the development and delivery of the company's medical consultancy services for UK and international clients, including UK Responsible Person (UK-RP) and EU Authorised Representative (EU-AR) services
Skills and Experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically and adapt to an evolving healthcare and regulatory landscape
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational, administration, and IT skills
  • Ability to manage documentation, regulatory processes, and compliance activities with strong attention to detail
