LT Selection is recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking apprenticeship and adult learning provider.

This opportunity would suit somebody passionate about improving the learner journey through supportive quality assurance, coaching, and developmental practice rather than a purely compliance-led approach.

The organisation is seeking a Quality & Support Coach to work closely with tutors and delivery teams, helping strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, learner experience, and consistency across apprenticeship and adult learning provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample learner portfolios to ensure assessment quality and consistency
• Provide developmental feedback and coaching to tutors
• Observe teaching, learning, and assessment activity
• Support standardisation and CPD activity
• Conduct tutor 1:1 discussions linked to quality improvement
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across deliveryQuality assure Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
• Promote safeguarding, Prevent, and learner wellbeing throughout delivery

Qualifications

• Teaching Qualification Level 4 or above
• Experience within apprenticeships and/or funded adult education
• Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality processes
• Strong coaching and relationship-building approach
• Experience supporting tutor development and CPD activity
