As part of the deployment of a quality X system compliant with X standards for an external audit, we are seeking, for a position: A Quality & X System Mission Manager at 100% Your mission: As part of the deployment of a quality X system compliant with X standards for an external audit, you will provide direct support to Management. You will drive its implementation and ensure coherence between requirements and main responsibilities. Quality System X: - Update, structure, and ensure the reliability of quality (procedures, forms, records) - Check alignment between the system and the field - Organize and consolidate necessary evidence for the external audit Deployment and Monitoring: - Support teams in the daily application of procedures - Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers - Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and ensure follow-up until closure Management: - Establish and ensure the reliability of quality (processes, non-conformities, action plans, audits) - Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from the field - Produce clear and actionable dashboards - Contribute to performance reviews and quality culture reviews - Raise awareness and support teams on the requirements of the X system - Promote good quality practices - Participate in developing an audit culture - Actively participate in the preparation for the external audit (document reviews, evidence files) - Support internal audits - Work closely with Management and the quality consultant Environmental Dimension: - Have basic knowledge in environmental management - Gradually develop environmental skills according to the company's needs Your profile: - Higher education in Quality, QSE, or management (essential) - Proven experience (minimum of 2 to 5 years) in a quality role with concrete implementation of a quality system X - Mastery of ISO standards; knowledge of ISO is a plus You approach your work methodically and efficiently from day one and are capable of: - Structuring, formalizing, and ensuring the reliability of a quality system - Connecting quality with field reality - Driving corrective actions to completion - Working independently with rigor and high standards Rigorous, responsible, and committed characterize your way of working.
